As a Quartermaster, you possess a number of inherent talents, such as assertiveness, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work collaboratively. Passengers sailing aboard Eendracht are often inexperienced, which makes safety the top priority. The Quartermaster instructs participants in the correct basic procedures, supervises the proper execution of tasks, and bears responsibility for their safe and effective completion.
