Over the past period, we have been working on improving an important aspect of our association: the collection of payments. Traditionally, collecting fees is a time-consuming process that involves a significant amount of administrative work.

To streamline this process, we will soon be introducing ClubCollect, an online tool that automates several steps of invoicing. This includes sending payment requests, issuing reminders, and processing payments efficiently and securely.

This change will help reduce administrative workload and ensure a clearer, more transparent payment process for everyone involved.

How does it work?

ClubCollect is an online invoicing platform that supports our organization in collecting payments. From the moment payments are due, you will receive a payment request from ClubCollect. This request will be sent via email, SMS, or letter and will include a link to your personal payment page.

What does this mean for you as a member?

Payments can be made easily and securely through your personal payment page, where multiple payment options are available, such as iDEAL, direct debit, Apple Pay, or payment in instalments (where applicable). In addition, you will receive timely notifications and reminders, ensuring that no payment is missed.

Data protection and privacy

Your personal data is securely stored within our own environment and will never be shared without your consent or used for commercial purposes. For more information on data processing, please refer to the Privacy Statement on the ClubCollect website. ClubCollect processes personal data fully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679, Articles 13–14).
