- Watch system: Onboard our ship, we operate a watch system of ‘4 hours on and 8 hours off,’ allowing us to sail continuously day and night. During your watch, you’ll be assigned various tasks. You’ll learn to form a close-knit team with your watch crew; no prior experience is required as you will be part of a professional crew.
- Relaxation and fun: Outside of your watch, there’s plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sea. We look forward to welcoming you aboard and teaching you all about life and sailing on the Eendracht!
